All packages are flat-rate with unlimited drinks throughout your service window.

What We Offer
We're Meld Coffee Cart — a mobile espresso bar built around hospitality. From inquiry to event day, the process is simple and seamless — we handle the details so you don't have to.
How It Works
Tell us about your event
Submit the contact form with your event date, location, guest count, and event type. We'll get back to you within 1–2 business days to confirm availability.
We put together your quote
We'll tailor a quote based on your specific event. Pricing is based on guest count, service duration, event type, and location.
Secure your date
A 40% booking fee confirms your booking. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event.
We handle the rest
We arrive fully equipped, set up an hour before service begins, and take care of everything from first pour to breakdown.
Every Booking Includes
*Travel is included for events within 35km of our base of operations. Events between 35–50km are subject to a $75 travel fee. Events beyond 50km are quoted on request.

How long is the service window?
All bookings include a 2-hour service window as standard. Additional hours are available for a fee.
What type of events do you serve?
We serve weddings, corporate events, brand activations, and private celebrations — each tailored and priced accordingly.
What are your setup requirements?
Setup requires 5–7 feet of space for the espresso cart and cooler. A dedicated 120V electrical outlet is required within 25 feet of the serving area.
Where do you serve?
We serve the Lower Mainland, Fraser Valley, and North Shore BC. Travel is included within 35km of our base of operations.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weddings and peak season weekends. A 40% booking fee secures your date.
What drinks do you serve?
We serve specialty espresso-based drinks including lattes, cappuccinos, Americanos, flat whites, and more. We also offer an iced matcha latte. Oat milk, almond milk, and whole milk are all available. Iced options are available across our menu.
